HOW TO PREPARE YOUR TALK / POSTER
We will have the standard technique in the the seminar room. So you can use a Power Point presentation.
Please contact your session host to check before your talk, if your presentation is working.
We will have a presenter there, so you don't have to bring your own.
Other talk formats are also welcome.
Talk
The time slots for PhD students will be 30 minutes. So please make sure that you have enough time in the end to include a discussion.
The slots for invited speakers will be 1 hour, including discussion.
As our time table is quiet packed, please make sure to stay in time.
Poster
We will have two poster session. So please also prepare a poster. You can also bring a poster with another topic, than your talk is about.
