INFORMATION FOR INVITED SPEAKERS
Travel reimbursement
Please organize and book you travel yourself. We will reimburse:
- Economy flights
- 2. class public transport
- Hotel rooms if needed to be there in time
What we cannot reimburse:
- Taxi/ uber costs (except you have a valid explanation for it, e.g. no public transport available)
- Tips
Please keep all the receipts (boardcards etc.) and hand them over to Simone Münz. She will prepare a form for you to sign and handle the reimbursement.

Rooms
We have reserved rooms for you directly in the Theodor-Schwartz-Haus. So you don't have to look for an accomodation in Travemünde.
Registration
Please fill in the registration form and also give the dates and time when you plan to arrrive. Further add with whom you are travelling, so that we can make arrangements with the venue.
