In order to confirm attendance and room requirement, all participants must return the registration form.
A part of the participants will be accommodated at the Orthodox Academy of Crete (OAC), which is set against the mountain and overlooking the sea. Due to an ongoing renovation progress, only 27 rooms are available for this meeting. All other participants will be accommodated in one hotel (if deadline is met) and a shuttle will be provided. Participants may also arrange their own accommodation in the village of Kolympari.
We offer registration packages including accommodation at the OAC or not including it (i.e. accomodation at a hotel will have to be payed seperately to the hotel). Please see Conference fees or Registration tab for details.
Accomodation at the OAC (single or double room package at the OAC)
At the OAC, accommodation will be in twin rooms, with double or single occupancy.
The conference fee covers the 6 nights (Sunday-Saturday) necessary for the duration of the conference. If you require an extra night either before or after the conference, please consult with Sabine Hänniger shaenniger@gmail.com or Astrid Groot a.t.groot@uva.nl regarding availability and pricing. For extra nights, meals will have to be organized by yourself, but the village of Kolymbari offers a variety of restaurants at affordable prices.
Accomodation in hotel (outside OAC accomodation package)
Participants are asked to make their own hotel or apartment arrangements. There are a number of options available in Kolymbari. Breakfast will then usually be in the hotel of your choice, the other meals are part of the package and will be enjoyed together at the OAC.
