We are currently actively pursuing funding to support the meeting.
The maximum registration cost will be €1100 per person.
This fixed cost includes:
- all accommodation, meals and drinks throughout the meeting
- all meeting services (AV, room hire, support staff).
When we approve your registration we will let you know the actual cost you will pay, as well as provide payment instructions. We hope to bring the cost down considerably, expecially for students. You will not pay MORE than €1100.
Should you be willing and able to pay the full conference fee (and in doing so free up sponsoships funds to be spent on students or those from less well funded labs) please indicate this in the registration form.
