Lectures
- Lectures are expected to be 25 minutes in length to allow sufficient time for discussion and fellow involvement (20 min.).
- The discussion openings that follow (2-3 min.) are meant to focus on one or two points to illustrate lifespan or life-course implications. Discussants will then moderate the discussion, giving fellows the opportunity to ask questions or comment first.
Dissertation Research Talks
- Dissertation research talks should be 20 minutes long, with further 15 minutes for discussion.
- The moderators are responsible for organizing and leading the consultation input and for summarizing the main points of the suggestions advanced.
- Fellows presenting their research are advised to ask a co-fellow to take notes during the discussion.

Poster Sessions
- In the poster session, fellows will first give a 2-minute PPT presentation; questions will be possible after all short talks are completed. This is followed by the more traditional poster presentation format, with all presenters ready for discussion at their posters.
