This school is primarily for PhD students with active interest in the nonequilibrium physics of closed quantum systems. As a post-doc with active research in this field, you may also apply, however, your admission will depend on the current available capacity. All principal investigators and fellows of FOR 5522 are welcome to participate.
Registration process
Registration for Invited Speakers (non-FOR 5522 members)
Registration is a 2-step process:
- Click on the Registration button and then open an account on the external Registration Page. Select “Register New”.
- Then, on the external Registration Page and in your account, register using the code e-mailed to you. Select “Register as participant”.
Registration for all other participants (including all FOR 5522 members):
Registration is a 4-step process:
- Click on the Registration button, which will take you to the external Registration Page. There, open an account.
- Then, using this account on the external Registration Page, apply for participation using “Your Submissions”.
- If your application is accepted, then you will receive information via e-mail. Complete the registration using the code sent to you by using your account on the external Registration webpage and by going to “Register as participant”.
- Registration will be complete once the payment of the conference fee is received.
Abstract submission
All participants are welcome to submit an abstract for a poster. This is handled via this webpage following Call for Abstracts. Only accepted participants should submit an abstract!
The Call for Abstracts requires an Academic Cloud account. If you do not yet have such an account, follow the instructions when submitting an abstract.
Conference fee
The conference fee of 100€ will cover the coffee breaks, lunch breaks, and contribution to the administrative costs. If you would like to attend the conference dinner, an additional fee of 90€ will cover the cost and the transfer to it.
Cancellation policy:
Before August 15: Refund minus 35€ cancellation fee
After August 15: No refund
