to cultivate.
In this session, we explore our:
- Communication styles and the impact of noise in our messages
- How our communication styles can clash and how to navigate interactions with individuals who
communicate very differently to us. - Active listening – the ultimate teaching and motivating tool.
- Constructive feedback (appreciation, advice, and evaluation) – when and how to use each.
- How to deliver hard messages with kindness
The 90-minute presentation includes interactive elements and a Q&A period.
