Nachdem der erste Hatha Yoga-Kurs in Präsenz nach der Pandemie gut angenommen wurde, hat das Betriebliche Gesundheitsmanagement (BGM) einen Folge-Yoga-Kurs organisiert, der wieder von Carta Sports durchgeführt wird.
Er umfasst 10 x 60 min und findet immer mittwochs in unserem Auditorium statt.
Es stehen zwei Uhrzeiten zur Auswahl, morgens früh (8-9 Uhr) ODER nachmittags (17-18 Uhr). Die Anzahl der Registrierungen für die jeweilige Uhrzeit entscheidet darüber, zu welcher Uhrzeit der Kurs stattfindet.

Insgesamt stehen 10 Plätze zur Verfügung. Die Anmeldungen werden nach dem first come-first served Prinzip behandelt. Sollten mehr als 10 Registrierungen eingehen, werdet Ihr auf eine Warteliste gesetzt, für den Fall, dass jemand aus triftigem Grund kurzfristig vor Kursbeginn absagen muss.
Eine endgültige Bestätigung, ob Ihr einen Platz im Kurs bekommen habt, erhaltet Ihr 1-2 Wochen vor Kursbeginn.
Die Kosten des Kurses werden wieder vollständig von der Techniker Krankenkasse übernommen. Dennoch ist die Anmeldung verbindlich und eine regelmäßige Teilnahme ist Voraussetzung (nur 1-2 Fehltage sind erlaubt), da wir sonst die Finanzierung für weitere Kurse verlieren können. Solltet Ihr an einem Bonusprogramm Eurer Krankenkasse teilnehmen, könnt Ihr bei mindestens 80%iger Teilnahme eine Bescheinigung erhalten.
Wenn Ihr schon jetzt wisst, dass Ihr mehr als einmal fehlen werdet, wartet bitte bis zum nächsten Kurs (voraussichtlich im Herbst 2024).

Following the success of the first post-pandemic Hatha yoga course, Occupational Health Management (BGM) has organised a follow-up course, again run by Carta Sports.
It consists of 10 x 60-minute sessions and takes place every Wednesday in our auditorium.
There are two times available, early morning (8-9am) OR afternoon (5-6pm). The number of enrolments for each session will decide which time the course takes place.

A total of 10 places are available. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If more than 10 registrations are received, you will be placed on a waiting list in case someone has to cancel for a valid reason at short notice before the start of the course.
You will receive final confirmation of your place 1-2 weeks before the course starts.
The cost of the course is again fully covered by the Techniker Krankenkasse. However, registration is binding and regular attendance is a prerequisite (only 1-2 days of absence are allowed), otherwise we will lose funding for further courses. If you are participating in a bonus programme of your health insurance company, you can get a certificate for at least 80% attendance.
If you already know that you will be absent more than once, please wait until the next course (most likely in the autumn of 2024).
