For the accommodation booked through Congress Centrum Alpbach, the cancellation policy is as follows:
Until 7 weeks before the event: free cancellation
From 7 weeks before the event: 30%
From 5 weeks before the event: 70%
From 1 week before the event or No Shows: 90%
You may also book your accommodation separately, for example: Booking.com:Alpbach. In this case you will only handle the conference fee with Congress Centrum Alpbach after registration.
