Ultimately, a diverse HPC field leads to more impactful scientific discoveries and technological breakthroughs. This talk will feature a compelling story of both personal and professional growth. From navigating degree programs and volunteer commitment to embracing the challenges of PhD life and postdoctoral research, Sarah will share personal experiences that shaped her trajectory. Amidst these milestones, Sarah will spotlight her current research endeavors, showcasing how her work contributes to advancements in HPC while advocating for diversity and inclusivity.
