In person meeting with the other Base4NFDI basic service teams and the Base4NFDI staff. Topics will be current developments in the Base4NFDI framework and overall NFDI, with focus on implications for your services specifically; as well as structured room for exchange among each other.

Tuesday 9 June

14:00 → 15:45 Community-building: exchange on strategies

The session will cover getting a hold of and exchanging on how your community is comprised, your interactions with them and how to foster great communication.

We will start with a quick input from DMP and Jupyter, as well as Base, followed by two interactive working sessions, working on how to (even more) successfully build and engage your community.

15:45 → 16:15 Coffee Break

16:15 → 18:00 Incubators: best practices, lessons learned, definition of integration/success

We would like to cover three topics in this session: aligning on shared definitions of "incubator", "integration", and "success"; exchanging lessons learned and best practices across services; and discussing options for a more standardised approach to incubator documentation.
