In keeping with the grassroots character of the meeting, all participants and speakers are kindly asked to arrange their own accommodation.
To make this easier, room contingents have been reserved at the three hotels listed below. The contingents are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, and any remaining rooms will be released after the deadlines indicated, so early booking is strongly recommended.

Hotel Central (book by 15 July 2026): approx. 0.2 km from the meeting venue (see Map). Room prices range from EUR 98,- (single room excl. breakfast) to EUR 130,- (double room excl. breakfast).
B&B Hotel Göttingen City (book by 1 August 2026): approx. 1,1 km from the meeting venue (see Map). Room prices range from EUR 82,- (single room excl. breakfast) to EUR 92,- (double room. excl. breakfast).
A cheaper option is guest-house accommodation at one of the Max Planck Institute guest houses across the city, with prices ranging from EUR 40,- to EUR 75,- per day; for bookings, please contact ISFB2026@mpinat.mpg.de.
Additional hotels, hostels, and apartments can be found and booked via the portal of the city tourist office (no room contingents and no booking deadlines).
