Is there a participation fee?
No, participation is completely free! This includes coffee breaks, lunch, and the conference dinner. However, travel and accommodation costs, as well as any additional meals, will need to be covered by participants themselves.
What language will the conference be held in?
The official language of the conference is English.
Will there be opportunities for networking?
Absolutely! There will be plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow attendees, especially during the poster session, the marketplace, and the conference dinner.

Are there recommended hotels nearby?
Yes! We have compiled a list of various hotels, which you can find under Travel and Accomodation.
What’s the best way to travel to the venue?
All travel information is available under the Travel and Accomodation section.
Is parking available at the venue?
There are only a few public and paid parking spots near the venue. Since it is located in the city center, we recommend not traveling by car.
Is there a shuttle service?
No, we do not offer a shuttle service. Most hotels are within walking distance, and there are excellent bus connections.
Technology & Equipment
Will there be Wi-Fi at the conference?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available through eduroam. We are also working on additional access options.
Will presentations or materials be shared after the conference?
Unfortunately, no. Presentation materials will not be distributed after the event.
Can I bring my own laptop or tablet?
Of course! Feel free to bring your own device. However, for a smooth experience, all speakers are kindly asked to use the conference computer for their presentations. PowerPoint 2016 and Adobe Acrobat are available, and the projector supports a 16:10 format.
Will interpretation or subtitles be provided?
Yes, we aim to provide automatic subtitles.
Food & Catering
Will food be provided during the conference?
Yes! Both lunch and the conference dinner are free for all attendees.
Are vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options available?
Yes! The menu will be primarily vegetarian, and there will be vegan and gluten-free options as well.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, that’s no problem at all.

Is there a cloakroom or luggage storage?
We don’t have a dedicated cloakroom, but we will provide coat racks where you can hang your jackets and coats. Please note that we don't have space for large luggage.

Are hybrid or remote participation options available for parents?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer remote participation options at this time.

We are working on setting up a retreat area and a small play corner, depending on the available space.
