Submission deadline
Instructions for Abstract Submission
We invite proposals for oral presentations (20 minutes, including discussion), poster presentations (A0 size, portrait orientation), and market place contributions (live presentations of setups, methods or approaches). Please consider the interdisciplinary nature of the conference when drafting your abstract. Your abstract should be concise (max. 250 words) and free of references or citations.
Abstracts for oral or poster presentations should clearly describe your topic, the methodology or approach you used, the main results or findings of your work, and how your research contributes to the conference theme.
Abstracts for market place presentations should describe the methodology or setup that you would like to present and their fields of application.
When submitting your abstract, please ensure that you provide the names of the authors and their affiliations separately from the abstract text. The main author must always be specified, and you may optionally include one or more co-authors. Additionally, please designate the presenter of the abstract. Note that both the main author and a co-author may serve as the presenter.
If you wish to propose an oral presentation, we ask you to indicate the session that best matches your topic. You can choose whether you prefer to present a poster or an oral presentation.
Technical Note
To submit an abstract, please log in via AcademicCloud. This allows us to send you a confirmation email and contact you after the submission deadline. AcademicCloud is supported by most German research institutions and lets you log in using your institutional credentials — no separate account is needed. If your institution is not part of AcademicCloud, you can create a free account.
On the login screen, you can either enter your institutional email address directly or select "Federated Login" to choose your home institution and sign in through its login system. If you do not have access through a participating institution, you will also find a link on the login page to create a new AcademicCloud account.
