Cancellation and/or refund requests must be submitted in writing to the organizers (potsdam25@mpinat.mpg.de). Cancellations of your hotel room has to be done separately!
Cancellations received until May 20 will be refunded with a deduction of € 50. From May 20 until June 20 there will be a refund of 50%. From June 20 on, there will be no refund.
