1. By air:
Book your flight to Berlin Airport (Berlin Brandenburg).
From there take the regional train RB22 to “Potsdam Griebnitzsee” (once per hour), which takes you to “Potsdam Pirschheide” in 23 minutes (https://int.bahn.de/en). It is a 5-minute walk from that station to the Kongresshotel.
The distance from the airport to the venue (by car) is approximately 55 km. A taxi should cost about 120 €.
Alternatively, you may fly to Frankfurt (Main) FRA and continue your travel by train (about 4.5 h from the airport to Berlin, main station).
2. By train:
Book your train to “Potsdam Hauptbahnhof” (main station) and take a taxi to the hotel (5 km). There is also public transport to the hotel (5-minute walk to station “Potsdam Pirschheide”. Check this website for connections: https://int.bahn.de/en
