CARO, one of two central DLR high-performance computing (HPC) systems, is operated by the GWDG in Göttingen.
The goal of this workshop aimed at DLR researchers is to promote exchange with the GWDG team in order to advance the services around CARO. The GWDG will present its plans in the following areas:
- Community and support
- Operation
- Research collaboration
During working sessions in small groups inspired by the World Café format, the participants evaluate and refine this strategy together with the GWDG team and contribute own ideas.
The meeting directly follows the HPCN workshop organized by the DLR in Göttingen. It takes place on GWDG premises, which are located on the way from the HPCN venue (10-minute walk) to the train station (5 minutes).
