The conference fee covers all coffee breaks, buffet lunch on all conference days, a welcome reception, a conference barbecue and free shuttle buses between MPIK and central Heidelberg (at the Crowne Plaza Hotel).
Heidelberg offers many options for accommodation and delegates are invited to book their accommodation by themselves.
