Is there a registration fee?
There is NO registration fee: participation in the fall school, including coffee breaks and lunch, is free of charge. Participants are responsible for arranging and funding their travel and accommodation. There is a very small number of needs-based (partial) travel funds available.
What language will the conference be held in?
The official language of the fall school is English.

Posters may be displayed in portrait orientation only, with a maximum size of A0 (841 × 1189 mm / 33.1 × 46.8 in)

Yes, we have a Code of Conduct in place to ensure a respectful and supportive atmosphere. We expect all attendees to engage in a manner that promotes inclusivity and mutual respect. Any form of harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
