Yoga Course at the MPI AGE 02/2026

Da die Hatha-Yoga-Kurse am MPI AGE seit 2023 kontinuierlich auf großes Interesse stoßen, hat das Betriebliche Gesundheitsmanagement (BGM) auch für diesen Herbst wieder einen Yoga-Kurs organisiert. Wir werden diesen Kurs diesmal von einer neuen Trainerin gestalten lassen - Isabell Löffler. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, mit ihr eine Probestunde zu absolvieren und auf Grund des positiven Feedbacks möchten wir euch die Chance geben, Isabell in der Yoga-Praxis kennenzulernen.

 

Der Kurs umfasst wie gewohnt zehn 60-minütige Einheiten, findet einmal pro Woche am MPI AGE statt und wird zweisprachig in Deutsch und Englisch abgehalten. 

Der Kurs findet mittwochs statt. Wir werden versuchen, zwei Gruppen anzubieten: eine von 8–9 Uhr morgens und eine von 17–18 Uhr am Nachmittag. Dies ist jedoch nur möglich, wenn die Mindestteilnehmerzahl erreicht wird. Gebt deshalb bitte bei der Anmeldung an, ob ihr potenziell sowohl morgens als auch nachmittags teilnehmen könnt.

 

Der Herbstkurs ist kostenpflichtig. Er kostet nur 80€ für 10x 60 Minuten und die Abrechnung erfolgt direkt mit Isabell Löffler. Die Anmeldung ist verbindlich! Isabell ist allerdings nicht ZPP- zertifiziert, d.h. ihr könnt für diesen Kurs KEINE Erstattung von eurer Krankenkasse anfordern.

 

Der Kurs findet im Zeitraum vom 23.09. bis 16.12.26 statt, auch in den Herbstferien (aber NICHT am 11.11.). Daraus ergeben sich insgesamt 12 mögliche Termine, an denen ihr flexibel an 10 den Kurs umfassenden Stunden teilnehmen könnt.

Wenn ihr an allen 12 Stunden teilnehmen möchtet, könnt ihr gegen eine Gebühr von 8€ je Stunde auch die zusätzlichen Stunden wahrnehmen.

 

Insgesamt stehen pro Gruppe 10 Plätze zur Verfügung. Die Anmeldungen werden nach dem Prinzip „First come, first served“ behandelt. Sollten mehr als 10 Registrierungen pro Gruppe eingehen, werdet Ihr auf eine Warteliste gesetzt, für den Fall, dass jemand aus triftigem Grund kurzfristig vor Kursbeginn absagen muss.

 

Eine endgültige Bestätigung, ob Ihr einen Platz im Kurs bekommen habt, erhaltet Ihr etwa 1-2 Wochen vor Kursbeginn.

Since 2023, the Hatha yoga classes at MPI AGE have consistently attracted a great deal of interest. The Occupational Health Management (OHM) team has therefore organised another yoga course for this autumn. This time, the course will be led by a new instructor, Isabell Löffler. Having taken part in a trial session with her, we can report positive feedback and would like to give you the chance to get to know Isabell through yoga practice.

 

As usual, the course comprises ten 60-minute sessions, taking place once a week at MPI AGE, conducted bilingually in German and English. The course takes place on Wednesdays. We will try to offer two groups: one from 8–9 am in the morning and one from 5–6 pm in the afternoon. However, this is only possible if the minimum number of participants is reached. Therefore, when registering, please indicate whether you would potentially be able to attend in both the morning and the afternoon.

 

There is a fee for the autumn course. It costs just €80 for ten 60-minute sessions, and payment is to be made directly to Isabell Löffler. Registration is binding! Please note, however, that Isabell is not ZPP-certified, meaning you cannot claim a refund for this course from your health insurance provider.

 

The course runs from 23 September to 16 December 2026, including the autumn school holidays (but not 11 November). This gives a total of 12 possible dates on which you can attend the 10 sessions that make up the course flexibly.

Should you wish to attend all 12 sessions, you can also participate in the additional sessions for an extra fee of €8 per session.

 

A total of 10 places are available per group. Registrations will be processed on a 'first come, first served' basis. If more than 10 registrations are received for a group, you will be placed on a waiting list in case someone cancels at short notice before the course begins for a valid reason.

 

You will receive final confirmation of your place on the course approximately 1–2 weeks before it begins.
