Content & Organization:
In a confidential and non-judmental environment, you will explore questions such as:
- What does power mean in academic leadership?
- Where do grey areas begin?
- How can we distinguish between intention and impact?
- How can reflective leadership strengthen trust, communication and supervision?
Through practical examples and discussion, the workshop will provide perspectives and practical approaches to strengthen your leadership practice, navigate challenging situations with greater confidence, and exchange experiences with fellow group leaders.
Trainer:
Prof. Dr. Jutta Stahl has been recently elected as Vice-Rector for Anti-Discrimination and Equal Opportunities at the University of Cologne. Prof. Stahl holds a professorship in the Department of Psychology and has dedicated many years to promoting equal opportunity and equitable leadership practices.
