Depending on funds we raise, we aim to offer support in the form of registration fee waivers for up to 5 early-career researchers (ECR, i.e. PhD or postdoc level) from the following EU member states: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia. During registration, applicants may indicate their wish to be considered for a registration fee waiver. Participants selected for a registration fee waiver are encouraged to travel by public ground transportation rather than commercial air travel for journeys under 1,000 km, if feasible. Selected ECR will be required to present a poster or give a short talk. Decisions on fee waivers will be made before the payment deadline.
