Also in 2027 we will organize our 'Computer Simulation and Theory of Macromolecules' workshop in Hünfeld to discuss recent advances in theory and application of biomolecular simulations. We'll keep to our best tradition to promote and facilitate the exchange among the biomolecular theory and simulation communities of Germany and beyond..
By organizing the workshop in a hybrid format, we strive to be most inclusive also for attendees who might find travelling difficult, and hope for lively discussions and knowledge exchange both on-site and online!
We therefore cordially invite you all and in particular students and postdocs to participate in the upcoming meeting on March 19-20, 2027!
As always, the meeting will be held in the Hünfeld Monastery right in the center of Germany. The virtual option will allow for joining the presentations via a video conferencing tool. We will offer a poster session on-site on Friday evening.
We consider it an important feature of the workshop to offer affordable accommodations and meals to make it easier for students, graduate students, and postdocs to attend on-site. In case accommodation at the Hünfeld Monastery is already fully booked at the time of your registration, we will kindly ask you to organize your accommodation externally by yourself. Online participation is free of charge.

The Registration will collect some personal information incl. accommodation preferences. After that it will take you to a PayPal link for convenient online payment of the conference fees.
Abstracts for Poster and Talks
Participants are invited to submit their abstracts via the Abstract Submission tab (submission deadlines: January 2027). Please tick the corresponding checkbox for either Oral Contribution or Poster during the submission process. Selected talks will be announced together with the final program.
The poster boards are 84 x 120 cm (width x height) in size, which is appropriate for DIN A0, portrait. The workshop office will provide pins and sticky dots/tape for hanging the posters on-site.
Please kindly note that there won´t be any poster boards available for oral presenters.
