HPCSA: Data center tour

This is a guided tour through the datacenter in Göttingen as part of the course High Performance Computing System Administration (HPCSA). The number of places is limited to 12, so please register if you want to take part.

We are performing identity checks before you can enter. For this we need your name, email and private address.

• Group 1 has the tour in the afternoon
• Group 2 has the tour in the morning

 

(Please bring official identification with you on the day of the tour.)

Regulations

• The building is not wheelchair accessible; access is via stairs only.
• In an emergency, you must be able to leave the area independently within 30 seconds (gas extinguishing system).
• Participation is not possible for:
  • People with limited mobility
  • People with photosensitivity
  • People with severe visual impairments
• A basic level of physical fitness is required.
• Do not touch any equipment, cables or technical installations.
• No image or sound recordings.
• The instructions of the accompanying staff must be followed at all times.
