Description
We investigate the role of non-local electronic correlations at finite temperatures in the half-filled anisotropic triangular lattice Hubbard model using the dynamical vertex approximation (DΓA), a diagrammatic extension [1] of the dynamical mean-field theory (DMFT). We analyze the impact of (quantum) phase transitions on finite temperature properties at the one- and two-particle level. We also discuss the implications of the absence of magnetic ordering at finite temperatures due to the fulfilment of the Mermin-Wagner theorem.
