This compact training provides the opportunity to advance your leadership-skills when tackling gender discrimination. Building a save and inclusive workplace is key to productive cooperation in science and academic management. While discriminating behaviour can cause stress and pain, demotivate, and at least burden the work of coping for those affected.
How can leaders in science and academic management respond to critical situations and foster an inclusive group dynamic? After introducing different forms, levels and cases of gender discrimination, this training invites you to put your own perception to the test and highlights inclusive leadership tools.
Objectives:
After the training, participants will…
- Know how to lead gender-diverse teams more inclusively and effectively
- Have strengthened their awareness for gender discrimination and its negative effects
- Have expanded their scope of action in dealing with gender discrimination
