 uccess of the first Homecoming\, the second Homecoming will be hosted on S
 eptember 27 and 28. This event brings together former and current academic
 s\, practitioners\, and students from the Göttingen School of Development
  Economics to foster our community\, exchange experiences and insights\, a
 nd return once more to lovely Göttingen. \nWe are looking forward to two
  days full of interesting discussion panels\, presentations\, and social a
 ctivities. Moreover\, we host a Career Market which will offer the opportu
 nity to gain insights into practical work in the field of development.\nDi
 gital Development Dialogue (3D) on Friday afternoon\nTogether with Sarah L
 anglotz and Lennart Kaplan\, we will host the Digital Development Dialogue
  (3D) on Friday afternoon. Our 3D-guests will be Axel Dreher (Heidelberg 
 University)\, Jochen Kluve (KfW)\, and Peter Krahl (German Federal Minist
 ry of Economic Cooperation and Development). They will talk about Develop
 ment Effectiveness in Times of Shifting Geopolitics.\nKeynote on Friday ni
 ght\nWe are excited to announce Francisco H. G. Ferreira (LSE) as our keyn
 ote speaker who will hold the Stephan Klasen Lecture.\nPanels on Saturday 
 morning\nMartin Ostermeier (ILO) will moderate a panel discussion on "The 
 Nexus of Careers in Organizations and Development Impact". Our panelists i
 nclude Susan Steiner (cofounder of rowsquared)\, Veronika Kling (GIZ)\, Si
 mon Lange (KfW). The panel will be on Saturday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.\n
 Ianna Dantas (University of Göttingen) will moderate a panel discussion o
 n "Challenges to make sustainable food systems into reality". Our panelist
 s include Dela Fiankor (University of Göttingen)\, Silke Hüttel (Univer
 sity of Göttingen)\, and Margherita Squarcina (University of Göttingen)
 . The panel will be on Saturday from 11 am to 11:45 pm.\nAnna Minasyan (U
 niversity of Groningen) will moderate a panel discussion on "Forgotten Con
 flicts". Our panelists include Martin Gassebner (Leibniz Universität Ha
 nnover) and Jonathan Garcia Fuentes (Humboldt University). The panel will 
 be on Saturday from 1:15 pm to 2:15 pm.\nMore panels and guests will be an
 nounced soon.\nFirst registration was open from May 3 to June 15. Second r
