DESCRIPTION:\n \nThis event will bring together experts\, project partner
s\, and community members to discuss progress on our initiative to develop
standardized methods for measuring and optimizing energy consumption.\nWe
will present recent achievements and share insights into infrastructure a
nd software optimization strategies. Attendees will gain valuable knowledg
e on reducing costs and minimizing ecological footprint\, while enhancing
performance and sustainability in HPC operations.\nWhether you are involve
 d in HPC management\, research\, software development\, or sustainability\
, this workshop offers an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas\, learn
best practices\, and contribute to shaping a more energy-efficient future
for HPC.\nIf you would like to give a short presentation related to energy
  efficiency in HPC\, such as project results\, case studies\, tools\, or m
ethods\, we welcome your contribution. Please indicate your interest when
