Workshop Good Gommunication in a Scientific Environment

Course content: (Mis-)communication in an academic environment with many staff groups can cause a lot of stress and problems, which many times can be avoided with good communication.
In this workshop you learn about common obstacles and why it can be difficult to communicate; attitude behind good communication; methods and techniques that help you to communicate in a clear, responsible and good way: 4-ears model, active listening, I-message and non-violent communication. The workshop mixes theory and practice and offers opportunities to practice the methods with exemplary situations common for staff at MPI-AGE.
