DESCRIPTION:In der offenen Text+-Veranstaltungsreihe “Show and Tell: Too
 ls\, Dienste\, Projekte” lernen wir in lockerer Atmosphäre spannende Pr
 ojekte\, Tools\, Standards\, Technologien und Services kennen. Hier ist je
 de:r mit NFDI-Bezug willkommen\, ob als Zuhörer:in\, Mitdiskutant:in oder
  Präsentierende:r.\nDieses Mal begrüßen wir Delia Dumitrescu (Uni Heide
 lberg)\, die uns das Tool AMMICO vorstellen wird:\nAMMICO (AI-based Media 
 and MIsinformation COntent analysis tool) is a publicly available software
  package written in Python (https://github.com/ssciwr/AMMICO)\, whose purp
 ose is to facilitate the multi-modal analysis of social media communicatio
 ns. In this talk we briefly introduce its main modules: (1) extraction and
  translation of text from visual files\; (2) caption creation and answers 
 to user-formulated questions about the content of image files\, and (3) ca
 ption creation and answers to user-formulated questions about the content 
 of video files. We conclude by highlighting its advantages for social medi
