DESCRIPTION:RTG 2491 Autumn School on C*-AlgebrasStructure\, Dynamics\, an
 d Applications\nAn autumn school geared towards PhD students\, postdocs an
 d master students which aims to familiarise the participants with advanced
  topics in C*-algebras. In particular\, the school will delve into topics 
 where the theory of C*-algebras are applied – like dynamics and quantum 
 systems. It is organized as an activity of the Research Training Group Fou

 school\nThe school will consist of four mini-courses\, each consisting of 
 four lectures\, where participants will get to learn various topics relate
 d to the theory of C*-algebras such as structure and rigidity properties\,
  dynamical systems and crossed products\, group C*-algebras and applicatio
 ns to quantum spin systems.\nAdditionally\, there will be a poster sessio
 n to give young researchers an opportunity to publicize their research –
  we strongly encourage participants to present a poster. The school will a
 lso have an open ended Q&A session where participants can suggest topics t
 hey would like to hear about and experts (either participants or the speak
 ers) can volunteer to explain the topics.\nConference Dinner\nWe intend to
  organize a conference dinner on Thursday evening. Please indicate whether
  you wish to participate in the registration form.\nRegistration\nIf you w

 ns for accommodation are closed (in the form\, you can still apply in case
  we have spots left over). We will reach out to the applicants soon with a
