Is there a registration fee?
There is NO registration fee: participation in the summer school, including coffee breaks and lunch, is free of charge. Participants are responsible for arranging and funding their travel and accommodation. There is a very small number of needs-based (partial) travel funds available.
What language will the conference be held in?
The official language of the summer school is English.

What are the poster requirements?
Posters may be displayed in portrait orientation only, with a maximum size of A0 (841 × 1189 mm / 33.1 × 46.8 in)

Is there a code of conduct for the summer school?
Yes, we have a Code of Conduct in place to ensure a respectful and supportive atmosphere. We expect all attendees to engage in a manner that promotes inclusivity and mutual respect. Any form of harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Is the venue accessible for wheelchair users and people with mobility needs?
Yes, the entire venue is fully accessible.
Will there be live subtitles during the presentations?
Yes, we will offer automatic live subtitles during the presentations.
Will there be childcare available?
We are happy to accommodate childcare needs as much as possible. Please indicate your requirements during the registration process
